Earlybird Case Study
In 2014, EB helped their client avoid foreclosure and walk away from his property debt free and with his credit intact. EB worked together with their client to understand his needs and wishes and the company purchased the property and gave their client the freedom he deserved.
The house was totally remodeled and cleaned thoroughly. New kitchen cabinets were built, new flooring laid, new carpets added to the bedrooms and new paint throughout. The yard also had a complete overhaul, with trees trimmed and chopped where necessary, plants pruned and a fire pit built.
